Tom Dunphy began his apprentice years in the family owned business, Hall’s Slipcovers, Tom learned the fine art of custom slipcovers and has perfected his technique over the last 50 years cutting more than 45,000 slipcovers working for stores including Woodward and Lothrop, JC Penny’s, Calico Corners, Mill End Shops and several area decorators.
